I was so unfortunate to have my oven thermostat bombing out. Nobody could help me - apparently booked a week in advance. The lady on the phone explained that they were busy too, but was prepared to at least try and help me. Her technician Elias showed up 30 minutes later and had a new thermostat installed in 15 minutes. I was very relieved and grateful to be able to do my cooking which I had planned to do. Thank you for friendly fast and efficient service.
