Absolutely loved the service the consultants are eagar to help. Definitely going back there again.

Customer service center is a misnomer, I’ve been there a few times to pay accounts or query contracts etc and on most occasions the customer must wait for the service agents to finish their private conversations.Today was my last ever visit to this store. Walked in, stood waiting for service while 1 agent pretended not to see me while two others, who looked at me and then continued their laughing, touching and chatting just ignored me.

How do we start.The sales lady gave me an up and down look. Didnt look to interested. Finally got the brochure. Pointed out the product. I selected a LTE. Uncapped. Gave her all the documentation. She stated she will send it to Head Office. The modem is not available. Wait until the following week.I received no agreed call back. Went physically back to the store.Different consultant. She could not find any of my documents. Or any order process. Finally came up and saidOh its approved" wait for the lady to call you when the modem is available.No reference or further feedback.Now in second week still no contact. Im loosing business. Seems they will as well now. Terrible Terrible service. Seems to be the normal practice."

Bad,bad, bad service and attitude from the lady (mamas) who sits on the right, infront as you enter the store. Had to go to the store 3 times to make follow up as she was too busy with her life and exams to update me on my order for a router. People like her give companies a bad name. She is simply inefficient and incompetent, no wonder the outlet is always empty. She is doing a good job chasing clients away with a bad attitude. I have had contracts with vodacom for more than 25 yrs and have never experienced anything like this at the other outlets. I have had to cancel my order for a router and take my business somewhere else

Always used this shop because of good service, today was very unprofessional. No attempt were made to assist in trying to get the device I wanted even though it is in their monthly catalog. While I was busy with the consultant another consultant just interrupted and asked her to help her with something else and I was left by my own! So I left.

Very unhelpful, not professional.No documentation for handing in your very expensive Samsung phone to be evaluated, then it takes 17 days

I walk in and was attended immediately. Reception out of this world. Staff were so pleasant and judging I observed that they are well trained and efficient. Will recommend without a doubt. Well done Vodacom
