Signed up here to store larger boxes and containers that were taking up space in my home and making my home somewhat unpleasant.Really happy I did, the service was A++, the ladies who assisted me went through great lengths to aid me and they were super friendly.The place itself is well equipped, however, a warning pole or something for the little middle man thing by the exit gate after you leave would be nice, I didn't see it the first time and ended up damaging my car on my first visit as I went over the thing and it's high enough to actually slam the bottom of your car and leave you hanging airborne.. I should've gone slower but I don't always trust gates and their sensors due to bad experiences so I made a bad judgment call to turn too early and quickly...Besides my blooper above, I like the place. It's clean, the places is quite automated, this is an indoor storage facility and it is nice.

We needed some some storage space for our business.There are a few companies in Somerset to choose from, but i'm very glad that we chose Stor-age!This company is professional.Their exceptional staff helped us get the perfect space right away.Paperwork was quick and easy.The whole experience was made very pleasant by the capable and friendly staff.

This Stor-Age provides a quality storage facility. For that I would give them 5 stars. Their service and communication is also very good - 5 stars.That said, their price increases are very aggressive. In the two years I rented a unit, the price increased on average by over 12% annually. I can understand if you increase new customers' prices - they have to agree to them when they sign up, but increasing your existing customers' prices by double inflation is borderline predatory, especially given this specific business model.

Stor-Age Somerset Mall is the go to choice when looking for a storage facility big or small. My online query was attended to promptly, & the entire booking transaction from beginning to end was seamless. Extremely friendly service, and assistance is there if needed, even over the weekend. The rates are affordable, and the location is wonderful.

Love the facilities! Modern storage solutions in various sizes and great deals. Very professional service and convenient access times even over weekends and public holidays . Come and go as you need with your access tag within the access hours and if you need some help during the week there'll be at least one of the guards that can assist you with your load and help you find your way around.

Stor-age Somerset West is the best storage facility.I would like to thank Paul and his team for the great service and awesomeness.They are efficient and communication with clients are of a class which this country and other establishments lack.Best of all they are open from 7 - 7 every day of the week and their storage facilities are clean and safe.Thanks so much I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Whilst slightly more inconvenient for me and despite it being more expensive than other storage facilities in the Somerset West/Strand/Gordon's Bay area, Paul's dedication to the service of his company is exemplary in every way. He is delightful, charming and is a true customer service professional. The facility is excellent but it is Paul who makes the difference and is the reason I return to him every year. Alan Burnett

Good and helpful. One thing to note when buying the clothing hanger boxes you need to buy the hanger rail separately. A tad deceptive if you look at the photos when making an online purchase...
