What a useless garage, they don't even have any tyre repair kits.We had to get someone to come and then go to SHELL to get it, SHELL IS CLEARLY MORE CONVENIENT!Please try and stock it, for the convenience of customers, incase!Even the petrol attendants didn't even help, watching us suffer, didn't even offer to help us.

If I could rate below one star, I would.I was served by Thomas an old man who was rude and shouting me.This is how everything unfolded. I was waiting at the garage had to hoot to get service because cars after me where being serviced.The old man Thomas comes and assist, he takes the cash and I tell him I had to hoot to be serviced.He keeps quite.I thereafter ask him to bring me the machine so that he can swipe my card He fumes and says do I want to swipe it myself??????I tell him nor Maan your service is ridiculous.He says to me I can get inside and inform Nazeer.He is just an employee doesn't know anything about engine, customer service and Franchise.If I have a problem I can go ahead, he doesn't care He continued to go shout me inside the store with customers inside Infront of the manager.

Laid a complaint agains this engen regarding their diesel prices being +- R6 more than that what Engen is allowed to sell at . I can see why this fuel station has such bad reviews

Charging R29 a liter for diesel when all other Engen’s are charging R23. Absolute rip off filling station. Stay far away, especially if you drive a diesel.

Pricing of diesel is a complete rip off. Almost R7 more than all the other garages per litre and R5 more than other Engen Garages itself.Quite shocking.

I have been here 2 years ago and had the worst experience ever. I thought coming back things would have changed but they haven’t. You literally have to wait 15-20 minutes before someone can assist you. I had to hoot a few times to get someone’s attention and then too still got ignored. And the car next to me actually drove off after not getting any assistance Perhaps there’s not enough staff? If the owner of this garage please do something

Sunday 03/07/22 went there to fill patrol was on my way to Southgate with that I fill R150 knowing that it will take me and bring me back but know I got stack on my way it's like they never fill in any patrol in my car. I will never ever use your filling station again because it's not like I went there with an empty tunk was just going up.

By far the worst service you'll get a filling station. And it isn't just a once off experience. For years the attendants have been rude and arrogant at this garage. Would rather drive to another garage to avoid the frustration.

the worse when you use your last cent pouring a petrol for R100 at the garage, then the petrol attender crooks your last cents by the name of joene early this morning at 7h33 o'clock pretend as if he pour a petrol in my car not even handing over the slip.when I stopped at the garage on my dash board 30km was showing when I left the garage 30km was still showing thinking it will change to 70mk or 100km on my way out, have done it on the previous day pour R100 petrol it gave 60km but this time I was robbed by this guy joena,Engen garage trade route mall have employed one bad potatoes that will spoil the reputation of the innocents of the other petrol attender.I hate the fact he acted as if he pour the petrol as I was leaving after give him the money he was still standing not paying to the casher. I had to pay additional R100 to fill up,reason of pouring R100 petrol it not my car it the loan car from the service provide since my car at the work shop.then crooks spoil my day!!!!( I HAVE NOT USED THE WRITE NAME OF THE PERSON BUT I HAVE THE CORRECT NAME OF YOUR CORRUPT PETROL ATTENDER WHO IS A CROOKS SPOIL POTATOE )
