Unreliable landlord's. Getting info from this agency them is like pulling teeth. After a month of sending through all our paperwork and telling us our profile is great and that any landlord would be grateful to have a tenant like us, every property we were interested (3) had a landlord who was completely hopeless and unreliable, always changing their minds about the advertised and agreed on rental, deposits, terms etc.

Chad was always readily available to answer questions and his helpful and kind support has made moving house less stressful! Thank you Chad!

I had a great experience working with Trudy, who assisted me when I wanted to sell my condo. Although personal reasons led me to cancel the sale, Trudy's service remained excellent throughout. She was friendly, always on time, and highly professional. Her knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and she made sure I understood every step of the process. This is by far the worst, most incompetent rental team I have ever dealt with!!! They handed over my keys without even bothering to verify a deposit had been paid.

What can I say, Hendra Estates and the staff are truly AMAZING!I bought my house through Wayne 12 years ago, the seller was a challenge but Wayne and his team were champs and made what could have been an absolute nightmare purchase, a breeze. Each time a friend needs to buy or rent a place, I always tell them that they cannot go wrong with Hendra Estates.This time was no different. Chad was lovely to deal with, keeping in contact so that we were never left to wonder what was happening. Happy to answer any questions we had and wonderful dealing with a move that became rather urgent.Chad made the move stress free for all involved.
