i'm re-rating this store from a 1-Star to 4-Star...at least the employees at this franchise were willing & able to sort out my issue with transferring an account -Bayside on the other hand gave nothing but excuses, bad attitude & a helluva headache!!

Not happy with their service at the moment , I've been struggling to get hold of one person for 2 days now . I leave messages and even went to the branch to sort out my issue , I did a sim swap my number is still not active , not happy and nobody seems capable to assist I wonder why . when i got the phone service was okay but now I have issues and nobody can help . Sleg man , not a very happy customer
