PAMPER ME
Very disappointed in the service and treatment received at Pamper Me spa at Protea Hotel Gateway. My mum wanted to spoil me as I am not in Durban all the time and we went in for a foot soak and scrub, we were not greeted and my mum's treatment started before mine, the chairs were So uncomfortable and the lady attending to my mum was talking on her phone while doing my mum's treatment. The therapists didn't even know what treatment we were there for! Definitely will not recommended this place to anyone that wants a pamper!
