The perfect place to go for good food and a good time . Peaceful and quiet if you are looking for a break from your busy life its the place to go .You can grab breakfast at the Bagel which serves heart meals which will leave your mouth watering .Eat fresh food from the local market and interact with the locals .Its the perfect get away .

I can highly recommend Roscommon Guest House for a weekend stay in the Midlands. Arlene is the most wonderful host! Nothing is too much trouble and she really went the extra mile for us. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented. The kitchenette was a pleasant and most welcome surprise. Treat yourself to a lovely weekend away with Arlene and her friendly dogs.

Roscommon Guest House
We booked two rooms at short notice and discovered the best of the Midlands. Arlene met us after a long days ride and showed us around the flat. She arranged supper and a chance to watch the Springboks win at the Rosetta Hotel for us. The rooms were cosy although it was frosty outside. Our bikes were covered in a layer of ice but once the sun warmed the air we were on our way thankful for Arlene’s hospitality.

My husband and I love travelling to the midlands and often try out new places to stay. Roscommon was amazing, we loved every second.Arlene was an incredible host who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, Arlene suggested some wonderful local markets and restaurants. The rooms were clean and cozy with heating.We will definitely be back!

Very nice getaway.. You may need to take an extra blanket along in case you get really cold.. But what a lovely place...My little doggies enjoyed it too

Beautiful relaxing stay. Clean neat and tidy. Everything you need while visiting the midlands meander. Host Arlene is an amazing lady. Going out of her way to make your stay a happy one. Highly recommended!

Such a great experience. Arlene really spoilt us. Its located close enough to the town to go in for a bite but far enough out to get a true country feel. Will definately go visit here again.
