Incompetence on a another level. Can’t if get proper answer to the quotes they sent. Can’t explain why warranties are so low. Can’t explain why prices are more than retail.Just uselessGo have a look at how this company responds to customers. I posted the WhatsApp conversation.

Solar works great. But my DB board is a mess loose connections and wires everywhere. It's been a week and still no one has come back to fix the db board. I don't think the electrician is certified as no one that is would leave a db in such an unsafe state.

The telephone number given doesn't exist. No one available to see at office. The owner was doing installations and said he was too busy to speak to me.

These people are unprofessional. I have had to complain about my battery for months now, which has a warranty of 10yrs, and only used it for 2 months and started acting funny, no one has come to check my battery for me. No one! They keep telling me they are coming and no one shows up till now. I wouldn't recommend.
