very bad service, its been three days failing to load prepaid electricity as a new tenant. they promised to send a technician but never avail. i went to their offices two times requesting assistance but dololo. i am dissatisfied with their services. they do not even deserve a star nje.

They are robbing people with the cost of prepaid electricity. Don't use their services you will regret it. The prices are so ridiculous my landlord is changing our metering service provider. I hope this business goes bankrupt and they all lose their jobs due to greedy management.

If there was zero stars i would give them zero , I’ve never experienced this kind of bad service and daylight robbery in my life.

No complaints from my side. Received the best service and installation of both my prepaid meters went great.

I had an appointment with them to install a prepaid meter at 9am, they did not come not atleast call to apologize, i phone 2hours later and asked them to let a guy called Jaco to communicate with me, guess what.. He did not bother. I phoned again only then he said the the technician left the office 10min before i called. It is 12h00 and am still waiting.

Constantia is the worst thing to ever happen to Pretoria tenants. Customer care and service is non existent. They deserve zero stars

Stay away!! They literally steal from you , never got our deposit back , with them doing the readings we were literally charged doubled for more than a year

My 2nd review on this company, first was on an installation of prepaid electricity services which was really bad, and now the water meter services...Their water meter services started in December '22, the first bill came in January which was less than R100, never received the 2nd bill and in the month of February they send me 2 warning letters already, threatening to close my water water meter..This is the kind of of abuse we subjected to.. Their communication has not improved or maybe because I am black!!! Their services are very poor. It feels like we must beg them to render good services..

My electricity went off 28 Nov 2021 @17:18, called the emergency number and I was advised a technician will come assist. It's now the 29th Nov 2021 @11:48 and no technician came... What the meaning of emergency??? I've NEVER skipped any bill but this POOR SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
