Loads of Laundry

The place to take your washing! We were assisted quickly and staff is very helpful.

They accompanied me for 1 load same day even though I only brought it in late, clothes came back sweet smelling and nicely folded

Dropped off a small amount of laundry on a Monday morning, they promised the wash and fold would be done by the next day and the ironing would be done by Wednesday. Went to collect all on Wednesday afternoon and no ironing was done yet and we had to wait while they found and folded our laundry.Staff was very unapologetic and quite frankly rude. Another guy standing next to me came to collect and they hadn’t even washed it yet… he had to take it as he was leaving for CPT the next morning.Rather be honest about your delivery times, especially to holiday makers, so that we can make another plan.Washing also wasn’t cleaned properly, still had all the marks and stains on it.

Did not do laundry as promised. Arrived to collect after the agreed upon time and it hadn't even been washed. Very disappointed as I was travelling and leaving town and needed it done. Phone number provided does not work. Would not recommend this business!

Everything came back with new stains

Took my clothes in on Tuesday, not a word was spoken, the lady only took the clothes, placed it down, handed me the form and I left. Tried calling on Thursday to find out about my clothes, no answer, no call back, nothing. Went there on Friday 4pm, just to get my clothes back exactly as given to them 3 days before.Do not waste your time and money on this place.

Prompt, efficient, I got my laundry back at the time promised. Reasonably priced as well

Crazy busy. Prices are a bit high but one needs to wash clothes.
