With a name as Liebherr you would expect a reliable Service....Not at all... we can only warn to use Liebherr!!!Ordered a double-sided fridge for more than 100.000R, 8 weeks before confirmed delivery date...First delivery date missed, second delivery date missed, during third delivery date one unit fell of the truck, delivery only possible as we helped to lift the units, installation date delayed, one unit and several pieces damaged, Installation incomplete...Delivery of replacements missed and delayed, units do not function correctly...Liebherr MD Phillip Grobler writes: „not our responsibility.... have a great day“If you want to loose money, order a Liebherr.... and the Story did not end yet...the new door was delivered as well as the new strip.But the new door is damaged as well, as so is the new strip. Now door number three is on its way from Germany, but who knows when and what will happen.To compensate the several weeks of delay and the cost that Liebherr initiate on us which are meanwhile several ten thousands .... P.Grobler from Liebherr offered a compensation with a product Biofresh B2850 Premium" as being the new stunning product of Liebherr.After some research
