Was on holiday back in my home town and high on my list was a visit to my favorite Sorbet. And it’s just as good as it was when I left in 2019. How I wish I had them with me in Aus. Fabulous treatment and value for money

Five stars from me! My nail technician, Maggie, was friendly and very attentive to detail. This is a picture of my nails (Gelish) TWO WEEKS after application! Not a chip in sight! And to be clear, in that two week period I have been indoor rock climbing (when the nails were still short) and sanded and repainted an old piece of furniture. The nails kept up with all this activity and then some! Well done Maggie! Will see you again soon.

Booked an appointment on the day and was accommodated. Lee-anne is an absolute perfectionist. So lovely to have someone take pride in their service offerings.

From the minute that I walked into Sorbet Kenilworth this morning, I did not enjoy it.I was greeted horribly. I understand that it is 8am on a Saturday but that is the time that the store opens and it is their job.There were two women in the shop who couldn't even muster up a smile to greet me. They were irritated that I was there. It was not a welcoming environment AT ALL.It was not a seamless check in, I just simply got told to sit.Half the staff were not there. They all walked in with horrible attitudes. No one smiled at all. This is meant to be a place that people can come enjoy and relax. It is very hard to feel relaxed when none of the staff look happy, they all clearly are annoyed.None of the women were prepared and set up at all.Josephine was late. I was not informed of this. She walked in 10 minutes after my appointment was meant to start. Her colleague started to do my soak off until she arrived. When she did, she did not even greet me, she just sat down. No apology for being late at all. She dragged her feet around the entire shop walked like she had a year to get ready. Didn't even thank her collegue for tending to me.I am not the only one that was treated so poorly.During my appointment, the women constantly were 'interrupting' my appointment by leaning over me, walking right up next to me to take materials that they needed from Josephines table top.All in all, I was unhappy the entire time and quite frankly never want to go back.

Highlight of any week is a trip to the SalonFirst time at this branch but this had to be the best experience ever.LeeAnne has hands of gold. A full body massage - releasing all my knots and tension left me feeling so relaxedThe staff are friendly and welcomingI will definitely be back !

In probably the last 10 years that I have been going to Sorbet salons in both Jhb and Cape Town, the experience that I had with Sandra at the Kenilworth branch has been the best by far. She is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, she does not try to push products but rather listens and advises you. Best massage ever! I cannot wait for my next treatment, and to show my support to services like this.

Had gelish nails done twice here. Great results! Not sure if they offer refreshments to their customers. I haven't received any so might be just a Constantia Sorbet thing.

I never have a good experience at this branch. It’s the closest to my house so I suffer through. The reception is always cold & other people gets helped before me. The therapists are nice (God bless), but I wont support again.
