If it was up to me, id literally rate them zero... Spent at least an hour at the store just to be issued with a card for an account they had offered me... Unfortunately during the wait i had no update whatsoever as they mentioned that i need to wait for a confirmation of some sort, after my own contact to their call center i was advised that the contract had already been faxed to another branch that they work with but i still continued with the wait...As im writing this review i am still waiting and there hasnt been any communication as to what is happening.... Really disappointed at the store technically the whole brand and the Staff... Ackermans KwaMnyandu Mall.
