Thank you, I received very good sales service from Marco and his team on delivery. Licensing and registration took too long though. We all suffer loadshedding. I absolutely love my scooter. I am however very disappointed with the 2 rearview mirrors as it's impossible to adjust and the are very flimsy. There are also a few squeaks and rattles than need adjusting.

Great service and attention recieved from the owner on site last Saturday. So refreshing that work was not delegated and the quote I requested for x4 motorbikes promised for Monday was recieved on Monday. I am yet to recieve the quotation from Vespa who promised me the same. WELL Done Bog Boy Scooters

Maybe a change in premises at the end of February will prompt a change in service levels?I bought a bike cover from this company’s Tokai branch in November 2019. By Christmas it has started to disintegrate with tears appearing all over the top of the cover. When attempting to return it, when they reopened in January, I was met with every excuse and implication both face to face by Glynis, and subsequently by email and on the phone by Marco, that I must have torn it on something sharp, had put it through the wash, had not followed the user manual. I was told that the cover had no “weather odour” and that the creases are not on a new cover (which comes folded in the box) and it would therefore not be refunded or replaced.Even upon my insistence that this cover was only ever used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the user guide and that it had never been washed, my own integrity was repeatedly called into question. I went as far as speaking directly with the supplier from the store’s own landline to arrange a credit for them so that they would not be out of pocket (save for their mark up) in their refund of my purchase.I’m perfectly aware that this would not last forever but this cover was not even 2 months old?!?With a company that offers this kind of after sales service on a R400 bike cover, I shudder to think what you’d get on a R20k bike purchase - and it seems many reviewers here have already been burned.

Friendly staff and a good selection of bikes and gear. Were able to deliver the scooter we ordered to our call center.The administration and deliver process could be improved but overall good service.

Had an electrical issue on my bike and it was sorted out quickly. The owner and staff are friendly and very helpfull.

Went in store twice...empty both times and never got what I needed.. always need to order even the the model bike

One of the friendliest bike shops I've been to. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Workshop technician Adeel is amazing. He is everywhere, Workshop, sales and always ready to answer any questions you may have. He is the one who assisted me and got me to buy my Mustang 250 there.
