Kinda a rip off, i had under a kilo and they charged me for a whole load, it says 0-5kg, it's should be 1-5kg. Ended up paying R95 for 0.28kg

Great service from Tubs Laundry. Seldomly do business answer their phones and on a mid-morning Saturday I was surprised that my call was answered. I needed some emergency laundry cleaned, they couldn't do it the same day, but I did manage to get on the Sunday. All clean smelling and folded nicely for me. Thank you Tubs.

We have used Tubs since Covid hit us and our Guest House. Bevan runs a fantastic, hands on service and goes the extra mile! Laundry smells wonderful and towels are beautifully soft! They do pick up and deliveries too. Please look nowhere else! We highly recommend Tubs.

Tubs Laundry certainly did not live up to any reviews below. We were greeted with a scowl, no hello and with a sigh that we had brought them more than R300 worth of business. The phone was slammed down on me when I informed them that I did not have a fitted sheet they claimed to have mistakenly put into our washing. Worst service ever. I would have preferred to not have given them any stars at all.

Absolutely awful experience. Owner and ladies that work there so rude. They assured me my laundry would be done by 4. It wasn’t and when I went back the next day it still wasn’t done and I had to go to the back to try see where my clothes were because they were unsure which clothes were mine so I had to sort through piles. Clothes were folded like a child had done it in a hurry and I don’t think I got all my laundry back. Stay away!

Tubs is the best. They were the only laundry in the area that could wash a very big carpet for me at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service was faster than expected. They only accept cash in store but I was able to do an EFT after asking about alternative payment options.

Bad service after washing clothes from them,Clothes come back with awful smell,Some of the items are still dirty,I had to wash again somewhere else!!!
