It is big enough and has a lot of things but I did not get what I was looking for . Sheetstreet its on place I never struggle to match wht I need but this time, I was not happy. The service is great and one other thing tht took away the star is tht is not close by other shops for home items and no easy to locate.

Sheet street Menlyn MallThe doors were closed at quarter to and we opened to ask if they are closed. The supervisor said they are depending on what we want.They finally let me in as I was there for an exchange. My exchange was for a R300 curtain and I took two pillow sets valued R100 each and when the cashier(Mapula -didn't catch name well) had to give me change, she said she already closed the system (at 19:45 in a shop closing at 20:00) and kept giving deep sighs of annoyance and wanted me to get anything else for the balance, saying she can't give me a refund yet she had a stash of money in her hand simply because she has already close the system. Her supervisor was also supporting her (which I commend for managerial support but bad for business) and didnt want to refund me and kept insisting I take something to add up to the curtain value.Utterly disgusted at the sly comments they(cashier and supervisor) were making and their attitude with this whole thing. At the end of it all, no exchange and refund happened because the system was slow/refusing to open".So I have to now find another time

Very rude young lady with a name tag Naledi who helped today at the store in Menlyn, I asked her for advise on vases and she replied sarcastically “ I don’t know how big your kitchen is “ …. She must be taught how to talk to customer’s.

The shop is always well organized and has a very good variety of stock, but the service is always so terrible. Those ladies are just the worst!!
