Excellent service very helpful

This place is a rip off, went in to buy a battery, they quoted me about R3700 for an AGM 668, while midas in Edenvale gave it to me for about R3110.

I called about a part I needed, was told there were 2 possibilities and that they had stock of both.I brought in a sample and was then told it didn't show on their system and that they couldn't even order it for me.While there I also tried asking about another part I needed but was ignored.They are close and convenient but I won't use them.

Always helpful and friendly. Seldom unable to supply what I require.

We do alot of racing and are forever needing spares. The Spare Connection is our first stop. Generally, if they don't stock it then it's a backorder or agent. All the tellers are helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing is generally very good and it's not often that I'll find spares at a better price. Overall very good experience dealing with the team there.

I was made to stand outside by the bouncer until someone could attend to me at the counter. For a Midas outlet the shop was very poorly stocked.I do not recommend supporting this Midas outlet.The open area must be covered with a camera surveillance system to prevent the clients from being treated like criminals.

Friendly staff had no problems was in and out of the shop with such a wide variety of tools and Parts available for all cars keep up the good work guys !!!

So end of December I spoke to a sales rep named Agie Kara who assisted me well in the beginning and I explained the shocks were too expensive. I then a week later asked him for the shocks for my car and he said he has them but then he started giving me hell as a sales rep when asked for an invoice, even told my mum when she called him that the company does not give invoices. I am unsure how would I or anyone pay for something without an invoice. He then send bank details and that to did not show the bank the company users and sent a msg of the total amount. I would not recommend using this sales rep as he made it clear to my mum I am to just do the payment as no invoice is given.I called the store again and spoke to a manager Brandon who was helpful and understood that I required a proper invoice. 5 mins later I received the invoice with bank details from a sales rep JJ who was also pleasant and understood that it's not just a service he needs to give the customers but the quality in his service which reflects on him and the company.Well done Brandon the manager and JJ the sales rep. You both truly did not give me that opportunity to go elsewhere but made sure the sale was made at the store you work at.
