Design by Upturn

Was shown a sample material from Silkhouse for upholstery of my sofa . Confirmed and selected that specific colour . My sofa was upholstered in a completely wrong colour a trashy cheap pink !! The owner then tried to convince me with photos (that doesn't even make any sense ) that it is indeed the correct material she used . It was only once I verified the colour ( which by the way any person can see it's the wrong colour ) with Silkhouses head office , did the owner admit they have used the wrong colour . However up until that point she was 100% adamant and have proof it was the correct material ?! Furthermore i then requested a refund as I have no trust in this company at all to touch my sofa again as it took weeks to get my sofa first time around . They refuse give me a refund ( I paid 70% deposit ) , i then wrote a review on hello Peter stating my experience in a factual way using words that is not in line with hello Peter's guidelines I.e deceiving /scam/liar and my review was removed and was threatened with legal action and no refund . Yet I am the customer with a hideous pink sofa . There were multiple other customers on hello Peter with similar reviews and it was removed as incorrect terminology was used to describe our experiences that felt like we were taken for a ride ....

Did not receive what I requested, strung along for two months. Couldn't assemble my couch because the clips were installed wrong/misaligned. Previously named Upturn Upholstery - look at their Hello Peter reviews before thinking about using them

Upturn has restored 4 pieces of furniture in my home already and Ill keep em coming! My home feels brand new. Don't waste your money on new furniture - get help from Upturn and revamp your house to a home. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Look up their previous name Upturn Upholstery" on Hello Peter. Our experience was in line with this. Don't take the chance with this upholster

Hi have used upturn to design my home office and to reholposter my lounge suite. They are excellent. Juannes eye for colour and style is superb. You are paying entry level rates for a top of the range interior designer.

Our couch looks brand new after Upturn and Jeanne transformed it. I am 100% happy and would definitely recommend
