Very, very poor experience. Ordered a 3/4 futon base, mattress and cover 26 Sep for R4 599 which was taken off my credit card 27 Sep. No email confirmation received. I have left a message via the chat platform, I have emailed, I have sent a WhatsApp message plus trying to phone the two numbers on the website - as I type no reply to any of these platforms. Futon Dreams if you do read this please contact me soonest

Paid in full as they demand. Its now been almost a month. They no longer answer any phones. They dont reply to emails whatsapps or sms and we have not recived the item. This company is clearly a spoof or false site and take money then ghost you. And only reply to positive feed back. The base has since come apart well done guys

I am very unhappy with this product. I called the day after delivery to say that I received a 3/4 size not a double. They said I had to “fluff it out” and it would expand 15 cm. It seemed very unlikely as it was very tightly packed. Lumpy and uncomfortable, I highly regret this purchase. I would have returned but my maid destroyed the packaging which in their website is the inky way you can return. I was promised a video to explain the fluffing out part but I never got it.

Ordered a Queen Sized Stone Unstudded mattress on 3 January. Received a studded mattress in mid January. Waited another 3 weeks only for it to be exchanged with a studded mattress in an unstudded cover.Had the mattress refunded. Review updated. Have purchased 4 futons from them before. Recently the mattress supplier seems to be making some mistakes.
