I purchased a brand new pump that stopped working after 15min. Blew up my heating system and spoilt my Xmas function. The tech checked the unit and got back to me after 2 weeks, confirming its fixed and back to new.Then Mike mentioned more people have had this problem and refused to provide me with a new pump. I accepted the repaired pump. 15 min later after connecting it again, it stopped working!!!!. His customer service skills is very questionable on how he handled my matter.Afterwards, Eric the tech manager then professionally handled this issue. Check it up on-site.. the problem persisted and replaced to a new pump!The problem does not end here, their brand new" replacement pump has a problem. I'm done with the company an their inferior products. I requested my money back!!!This has now costed me over a month with no pump

Useless non-existint service. They just waste your time. I was advised by my local pool company (Pool Magic) to get golf of Unipumps to assist with my broken salt chlorinator as they are the suppliers. I have been trying for a week to get assistance with my salt chlorinator from unipumps that’s broken. I phoned them and they asked me to send a mail with the pics and the serial number, which I promptly did. After a day of no response I sent a follow up mail. They then replied and said that they’ll send a technician out in the week. Waited a few days and sent another follow up mail to find out when the technician will be there. After it getting a response I phoned and spoke to a lady who said she’ll call me back. Low and behold 4 days later and still no call. I had to get a 3rd party to assist now who has to put his markup on. All because of their incompetence.
