Laura saved my lahes - literally!I had had a bad experience at having my lashes lifted somewhere else, so I was nervous.From the start I could see Laura new her art and that I was in the best hands. Hands down the best place to go to if you are looking for your lash dreams to come true! Laura has the sweetest and kindest nature, and she is extremely skilled at her craft. She is also so gentle while applying the lashes that you can’t even feel a thing. The lashes themselves are top quality and last for ages! I had a full set of volume lashes done the other day by Laura and I’ve had many people comment that they’d never guess that I have lash extensions as they look so natural and real! If you are a lash fanatic like me or even just a first timer, I guarantee you’ve hit the jackpot at The Lash Fairy.

As a first timer when it comes to lash extension, I was a bit hesitant at first. Now, I don't regret it all all. My lashes are on week 3 at the moment and are still going. They look natural and are comfortable - something important to me as I didn't want to walk away looking too 'glamorous' or have my lashes look too noticeable. I also appreciated the fact that Laura came in on a public holiday on a last minute request to help me (and others).

I absolutely loved my experience with the Lash Fairy!I booked a spray tan and lash extensions for a big event. Laura’s service was exceptional, she was friendly and professional and eased my nerves as it was my first time getting lash extensions. My lashes and tan looked both natural and fabulous! I highly recommend The Lash Fairy.

To my surprise (considering the extremely good rating of the lash fairy) I am quite disappointed by her service. In general I wasn’t feeling super welcomed and also no conversation whatsoever happened before/during the treatment with no explanation or anything the like. This I would have appreciated as during a lash lift the eyes have to be closed for roughly 80 min with several breaks in between. Having someone suddenly work on your lashes when you have no idea about it gives you a very uncomfortable feeling. Maybe she had a bit of a bad day but I was really able to tell that she didn’t enjoy doing the work nor talking to me. Further, I was charged fully (even higher than indicated on her website) for the lash lift even though she didn’t tint my lashes. I have naturally very dark lashes and I appreciated that she said it’s fine not to tint it but I would have assumed that she will charge me less then. Also when I asked her about why the price stays the same the reply was pretty unemotional, almost quite grumpy. So overall I am honestly quite unsatisfied with the service and I sadly wouldn’t go again.. Pity!
