Great assortment and availability of Toyota parts but very poor customer service. I say this because I bought recon LC79 seats, which I paid for cash and was also required to pay a 62.5% deposit on the spot (over and above the purchase price) for exchange seats which I didn't have at the time.A week later I returned to N1 4x4 with the exchange seats and the expectation that I would get my deposit back. I have been waiting TWO weeks for my refund, so N1 4x4 now has my deposit AND my seats...Every time I call, Its a different story about funds being released from Australia. What is surprising is that Australia was not problem when I was required to pay 163% of the price tag. This is just bad bad bad business.

I am not normally write poor reviews but decided to protect the public from N1 4X4 poor service at there workshop. Take our Land Cruiser for two faults to be repaired. We have return the Cruiser three times and there are still problems with noise at the front wheels 4x4. I would recommend to stay away from their workshop due to very very poor service.

Thank you Hendrik for all your help. My spares purchase went seamless via WhatsApp. Placed the order yesterday, courier dropped it off just now...one day later. My first dealings with your company. I will be visiting N1 4x4 soon. Excellent service!
