This is by far the worst development one can ever stay in. Tenants are victimized all the time. No one can ever get hold of higher management, it’s as if it doesn’t exist. We have to deal with the distasteful accounts woman which has zero people skills and customer service.

Good DayMy name is witnes. I have purchase a house in Lufhereng ext 6. Which in January I was handed with keys of my new home. Not knowing that the house has problems.1. Since January I dont have electricity. Which I have complained to Mondli which his the site manager which he report to barren. Even todayI still dont have electricity.It hard to pay for a rent and the bond at the same time.2. another problem i have a pipe leakage which i have made Mondli aware of it still now it's not fixed.3. My electricity meter Box was on my foundation line and i asked Mondli about. He told me to move it on the side they will fix it that was in February when i was building the wall.RegardsWitness

I have lease a 2 bedroom in Basson park centurion the is no network in the area and apparently Raudev is aware of that, and they don't care we need to work from home and we do not have network we have to go to the park in order to get the signal, I have send them numerous emails and they don't respond.

I regret the day i signed OTP from this developer. I have less than a year in their house. Every day i discover new cracks. All the things they fixed as partcif the 10 list have resurfaced. My roof id leaking and they say they wont fix it. Please buy from other developers Raudev doesn't care about quality. You are not even worth the 1 star rating i have given.
