Although it was a good and well stocked Woolworths, The long life milk had expired by a month which was very disappointing. I didn't notice at first so had to come all the way back to return it and when I went to the shelf to get a replacement I noticed that every one of the flavoured long life milks was expired!

Many items out of stock. Staff battling to keep Shelves packed. Aisles way to small for huge trollies. Stupid new store lay-out. Always a nightmare this time of year for both staff and customers. Come on management do something, it must be terrible for staff to work under these conditions at this time of the year.

The clothing section has limited variety compared to other Woolies stores around the country. The food section is well stocked. Helpful staff.

Best service. Nono at the coffee kiosk is a lovely angel. Always friendly and helpful. If she is there..I buy myself a cuppicino. Because she makes the coffee with love. She is an asset for Knysna Woolies. Kind Regards.
