Arrived at 5.45pm. Store closed. Trading hours clearly states they close at 6pm. Spoke to staff member leaving store was told they closed early as there's no power. Looking in the store there's clearly power. Seem staff like to run off early. Disappointing when you rush after work to get a study guide and met with such poor lazy service.

Not sure who owns this franchise store but they clearly don't want to make money. Staff are disinterested and slow to help. Always having conversations with one another while clients are waiting. There is a reason your store is almost always empty, staff just don't care to engage and sell.
