Staff very good, but quality of job done on installation very bad, since installation in the past two years we had several visit from their staff trying to fix the mess, shutters are skew, reveals were not properly fixed on installation the gaps are ugly to the eye to see, some skrews on the floor tile support rails keeps coming out and doors get stuck on them, shutter blinds now have cracks as the window shutters hangs heavy on them due to poor balancing on installation, some panels on the wall to support the sides are cracked clearly due to force on installation.This is obviously due to poor workmanship and if the right team to do the job is available they can match the standards of other installer around the world also comparing to what we have at our primary residence.
