During the past 3 weeks I had occasion to submit 2 claims via my insurance brokers Les Michaelis Insurance. The one being for the repairs to an underground pipe leak and the resultant damage and the other one was for a burst geyser a week later. Both these claims were handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism with regular feedback on progress. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm of brokers and in fact I did refer a uniform manufacturing firm to this brokerage some 4 months ago and that business was successfully written up.

Don't ever join this brokerage . If been there customer for 3 years . The new Mahindra bakkie I bough last year 2018 was insured with them . They assured us that everything was fine with the insurance. My bakkie was stolen during the same year . The insurance company turn down my claim because there was no immobilizer . Les Michaelis assumed that my work horse bakkie had a standard immobilizer because the broker manager had a Mahindra vechile aswell . My claim was turn down . They could have phone me and made sure that my bakkie had a standard immobilizer in the vehicle . If you pay these broker and believe that they there for your best interests it's far from the truth . The insurance catalogue said vechile needs to have a standard immobilzor that was highlighted . But I paid these people to handle my insurance for the simplest reason that I'm running my own business and have many things to do . If they did they're job properly and phone me to make sure the vehicle has a immoblizer or a tracker I would have done it . Now instead I'm paying for something I don't have . Never do business with them .

Always had professional service from Brett and his team. We deal with Cindi quite often and her turnaround time on queries is brilliant. In this day and age, insurance is the one thing you constantly need to shop around for and having a broker like this makes this so much easier.
