The Inky Shop Tokai

I literally stumbled into this kiosk in the Blue Route shopping centre and the cogs started turning fast. I have scoured the planet to find HP 21 and 23 cartridges at extortionate prices and increasingly shabby packaging. We all know the game here and we are set up to lose. I bought one of each equivalent on the spot and now that I've see the reviews I think it's reasonable to expect this to be a fantastic solution to the problem of having a printer in perfect order but no ink. I hope they go from strength to strength, as the reputation of some of the generic suppliers is poor. Will edit again once I have used them. Well done! ;-)I'm now well into my first cartridge (colour) and used my final black cartridge in tandem. No problems and the quality is the same as before. It's great to find in these times a company that actually offers real value. XL for a fraction of the price of HP regular (now unobtainable)? Insane! I don't know why people still bother to try and refill their cartridges. It's just not worth the travel cost. Bought my second set and printing worry free.

Always get my refills from Inky - but every time they tell me that the invoice will be emailed to me and they never are.....I have to use my print cartridges at my office to print out the invoice anyway - so don't mind that they saving money as a print company - but then just email me my invoice...

If I could give them more than 5 stars, would. I have bought my refill inks from Inky for some years and have always been satisfied with the product and friendly service. Today, however, the staff at Tokai went more than the extra mile. To cut what could be a long story short, my printer would not accept the refilled cartridge. Eventually, at their suggestion, I had to take the printer back to their shop twice for them to work on before the fault (caused by my old cartridge) was identified and fixed. They fitted a new cartridge and refilled it without charging me for the ink, as it was my fifth refill. I was beginning to think I’d need a new printer, so many thanks to them all for really super service. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Jim Goodacre
