Made an appointment 2 months in advance, and the day before my appointment, when I was working on a farm where there's very little to no cellphone signal, they sent me a message at 13h00 asking me to confirm by 17h00 whether I'll still make the appointment. That time came and went without me confirming yet, and so they decided to cancel my appointment. When I called to inquire, they just said that thats the way the way it has to work because she's just so busy. I dont care. As the client, that's not my problem. Take into consideration that other people have lives too. Maybe lengthen the timeline for people to confirm
