TLB Pools

Great service, they come out when they say they will, friendly staff and servicing of pool is excellent.

TLB changed the sand in my filter, installed a new light, a new multi-port and filter lid. I'm very happy with the workmanship. Tracey has been extremely responsive and in constant communication from the beginning. The workers are friendly, efficient and don't waste time. After doing the work, the workers discovered a leak in the filter. As they had fixed the multi-port and filter lid and not discovered the filter leak, they have replaced the filter without charge, as well as giving me a discount on the labour costs for this replacement. Besides this, they did a free assessment of the rest of the pool system and did not try to sell their other services in any way, which is rare these days as it leaves the decision to use them for pool maintenance, etc. up to me rather than feeling pressured. Very, very happy with TLB and highly recommend.

Awesome and friendly service! No matter how many silly questions I asked, Tracey was so professional and patient with me.

Not confirmed yet, but is very concerned that my pool pump was replaced by TLB Pools while the assessor of the insurance tested it and declared it as serviceable.
