This company has poor service and lack of communication. I returned a fridge about a week ago and was promised to get my money after 48 hrs. That was 22/02/2022, I am still waiting on my money. It is either they make empty promises or the manager tells me it's out of his hands and doesn't give a way forward. I have to run after them for my money. If I ever set foot at any lewis store that would be the death of me. At this point I have run out of options. Lewis is a headache on its' own.
