Very efficient service, detailed feedback regarding problems detected during diagnostics, proper solutions provided. I was referred to alternative service center for problems that were outside their expertise, referral center was also very helpful and professional.

Perfect Service. Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein gave me a quotation for R15000 in parts alone to fix my vehicle. Pine Auto fixed it perfectly for R1870, parts and Labour included!

What an horrible service and scam around town, they gave me an unprofessional quote via their business whatsapp amounting to R18000.00 for an alternator costing R8000.00 from their suppliers. And R3700 from a supplier holding OEM parts which they claimed they order from. My car is now reflecting a lot of error messages, car is now smoking and injectors are faulty after they removed the alternator from the car. So i wont recommend owners to take their cars to Pine Auto ever.

Worst owner in Bloemfontein. After taking my car to them twice before, paying R900 and R800, I called them informing them that my starter is not working again. For 3 hours I waited for them to pick up my car, called them hourly, only to have the owner tell me on the third time he will call him driver and call me back after half an hour. When he did call back I was informed to either pay R3400 addition for a new starter or to have my R800 refunded. When I mearly asked the owner why they told me to wait they will come pick up the car only to be told later that it will only happen if I pay the R3400 for a new starter he told me it is not his problem, proceeded to yell and scream at myself and a friend. When asked why he is asking like this he started blaming it on me and saying that we are only telling my part of the story. This place has the worst service and after service of any auto shop that I have experienced and advise against any client going there.

Horrible service. Had to go back twice for the same issues with our starter and this time they were unhelpful and didn't aid us for 3 hours. Afterwards the owner himself phoned and cursed at my husband, yelled at him and a friend who tried to calm him down. Wanted to charge us over R3000 for something we paid twice to have fix. Would never recommend. Unprofessional and unreasonable.
