Izapa bush & game lodge

Amazing place.We really enjoyed our stay at Izapa. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And the food is to die for.Game drive was fun. All in all it’s a great place to go and rest. Take time out and just enjoy being with yourself or the one you love.

The manager was not welcoming he was guarding us like little babies made us uncomfortable. We were promised a game drive but didn't happen. The pool was dirty,when ask them to clean it never did. Promised cleaning staff but they were not there. So our as a family was not good

Izapa's staff made the stay most enjoyable. The chalets are well equipped, clean and private. The boys had fun in the pool and as a family we loved the trail walking, where we encountered lovely nature in abundance. The food was great and the service even better! Thank you Izapa!

Beautiful place, excellent service by staff. From the moment we booked Shane was very nice and helpful. Friendly welcome and amazing care form everyone, especially Willie and the cleaning ladies. I still can't get over how amazing the food was! That Chef is out of this world!We hope to go back one day soon, we enjoyed the place and the game drive and our guide/driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The welcoming by Wilfred and Daniel was great. They really are the backbone of that place. They treated us so well, which is more than I can say for the manager Shane. From our arrival till we left Shane never bothered to interact with any of us. From the moment we arrived he did not bother to interact with us, he just looked on from afar. We never saw him interact with any of the other guests as well. One thing he’s good at is hosting his buddies and benign rowdy like it’s Yeoville. On Saturday they had a nice party for themselves at the bar which made it impossible for us who were close to the main building to fall asleep. Thanks to Daniel, Wilfred and TK our trip was not so bad. Shane should do better.

I used this opportunity (Izapa Game Lodge) to take my Managers away for a long earned weekend away. What an awesome weekend we had at Izapa, from the cleaners to the Resort Manager you all were great. Food 10 out 10 hospitality 110%.Will defiantly be going to Izapa again.Well done to all at Izapa.
