Done Covid test yesterday. Still awaiting results. Extremely slow.( Other labs 24 hrs). First and last time I will use them. Rather go to Lancet for best care. The lady on the phone was in such a hurry to end the call. Never see me again! Very disappointed.

I am JDJ diagnostics today in Musgrave.I came through at the prescribed time. And was taken right in. The nurse who assisted, Silindile, appeared to be inexperienced as she kept going on about how she couldn't find my veins.Before this she was on and on about not knowing what test is the E² and ADS and that its not on the form and isn't sure what tube to use etc etc.The first poke on my upper hand and it ended up painfully swelling into a knob. The cotton ball ended up on the floor.... and i had experienced the HORROR off it being put back onto my hand. When I called for the manager, Raeesa, I informed her and the nurse denied that she did this. She said that she disposed off the cotton ball that fell and grabbed a new one. This blatant lie is what inspired me to get onto writing this review. It is my word against hers and it was too late for me to do anything once I was touched with it again in a flash. I wish I had taken a video.A diagnostic centre is meant to have their patients health integrity oheld at the highest possible level of confidence, not the lowest level of pure neglect and blatant confusion.There were 3 nurses in the room with me. In a time of covid. One of which who took a nasal covid test.While my attending ill experienced nurse was putting on a show about my difficult" veins. The lady who took the covid test came to assist without gloves.Mask on chin...The nurse who eventually assisted

Their driver just hit me with the company car as he and his colleagues were rushing to work. He was driving recklessly, I tried to avoid him and still he went for me surprisingly they all got out of the vehicle and said I'm the one at fault they threatened me and ran away from the scene leaving one guy behind and their manager came later on to continue intimidate me.

Very unprofessional. No promised call back for bloods to be done etc. No nurse available to take bloods. Web presence indicates they open though. Confusion reigns here. Unfortunately, have to give similar review to other reviews here. Paid a bit more but professional service at the bigger lab. Disappointing and waste of time albeit trying to support a new lab in the market.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with regarding refunds. This is my second ordeal trying to get my refund. I sent through my bank details on the 02/05/2023. Today is 06/06/2023, a month later and I have not received my refund. I’ve made multiple calls and was promised my money would be in my account last week Wednesday. A week later I’m still phoning regarding the refund and I’m told the manager has to do it, they not sure if the manager has done it and I have to wait on the manager. How can a refund take a month? Who will reimburse me for the countless calls I’m making regarding my refund. Money that was due last week is still not reflecting. This is such dishonesty. I experienced this prior when a refund was due to me. I will never recommend this company again because the business ethics and morals totally lack.

I have never had such a bad experience with a lab. My husband was scheduled for an operation this morning 25 January 2021 - his Covid test was done on Saturday 23 January 2021 and when arriving at the hospital he found out his test will only be submitted TODAY 25 January 2021 the day of his operation!!!!! The nurse that did his test told him within 12 hours he will have his results! I am highly disappointed with the service we received from JDJ Diagnostics to say the least! He now has to spend the day at the hospital waiting for his results!

Would not recommend this lab. I visited them for a Covid-19 test, had the test pre-authorized by medical aid and came with a Dr. referral as requested by JDJ when I called their offices, only reason why I went to them over any other lab was because they promised results in 24 hours. A day later when I called for my results, they said its 24 hours once your sample reaches the lab and not 24 hours from the time of the test. I called again that evening and they told me that if I want my results, I will need to pay R750 and then claim it from medical aid, or I will have to wait until Monday (test was done on Friday)

Our family and friends have used this lab for home COVID19 testing due to the number of people and age and we have had excellent service. Daisy Thaver has well co ordinated our tests and results were back in good time.

Did a Covid test on Monday with JDJ. Its now Saturday and neither my Doctor or I have received my results. I have been calling the offices everyday and all they say is We are still capturing". My partner did a test on Wednesday with Lancet and got his results the next morning.Apart from the long turn around time
