Rude staff member (a young lady), and had to wait over an hour to get business cards printed because staff helped other people in between helping us...charging us R80.00 to make use of your internet for a few minutes is ridiculous.Thank you Benjamin for the assistance and being kinder than your co-worker though.

Just went for 3 photocopies. Paid R9.00 for 3 copies. Quite pricey! Also kept me waiting 15 minutes while there was only one person before me. He was being helped but the other assistant was also busy. Couldn't even stop to ask me what I needed.

W O W !!!I can't remember when last ai visited a PostNet where the staff is smiling, helpful, knowledge of the options and to top it all - so friendly.What an experience and definitely a PostNet that I will visit again.Keep up the good work Ladies

I wouldn't advise this place to anyone. There is lack of accountability when they make mistakes. The assistant acts up and the manager plays mind games. Unfortunately that didn't work.I got what I came in for and left.The thing is , it is okay to make mistakes sometime .we are human but it takes great power and reel leaders to own up to their mistakes.A body of men holding themselves accountable to nobody ought not to be trusted by anybody '' -Thomas Paine."

I was lied to by 2 employees (2 young ladies) after I asked them if they have a laser jet printer, they just said no. My wife was there a day before and the manager said yes. So I confronted them with that fact and all of a sudden a they had a laser jet printer. I've taken my business elsewhere.Management, please do something about the unfriendly and dishonest staff. They're giving you a bad name.
