LAR-TECH Panelbeaters

Had extremely poor service. No follow up, did not meet promised deadlines, no feedback ( I will call you back in 10 minutes with an update"...still waiting for that call) and as if that is not bad enough they bumped my car on pick up day and therefore kept it another week to repair. Also bad attitude from staff. After they bumped my car right in front of their premises

So this Review May be left Open ended Until this is removed.My car was booked into LAR Tech for a repair by Discovery Beginning of March 2022, Shortly after confirmation I received a call from LAR Tech to say the parts have been ordered and I will be notified upon arrival to bring my vehicle through to be booked in. (Brilliant in my opinion)Throughout the duration of my Repair I was kept updated by LAR tech with regards to the repair and timelines. (Again well impressed).When I went to fetch my car I Noticed a few things I was not Happy with, LAR tech some accountability here with a bit of Avoidances in my opinion by not taking ownership to certain details that were overlooked in the repair of my Car.Needles to say an agreement was reached and LAR Tech had a day to sort out the issues picked up.My vehicle was delivered as mentioned by LAR Tech the very Next Day as promised, But a few Issues were noticed again.The Gentlemen who delivered my vehicle was more than happy to make note of all issues not picked up, which needed to be rectified.Neither here nor there on this review, just a honest review heavily weighted by my experience, and past experiences with vehicles and the motor industry.Hence leaving this review Open ended as my encounter is not yet completed.After a few months I've noticed that the Front right Whelarch is peeling off, i have sent multiple emails to Lart Tech with no response and their phone lines keep cutting.

Terrible.. car was not fixed correctly and had to get certain repairs done myself as they were not capable of doing so. Taking my car back for them to repair the damage they did to my car.. totally unacceptable

Worst experience ever!- No communication- No feedback- Not on time- The manager blames the client for everything- The manager does not take responsibility or assist the client- The manager insults the client

They told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle FOR FREE then gave me recommendations of alternative places to get it fixed at a price affordable to me. Right before explaining that they'd probably do the job better.Though most certainly appreciating the quality of service, My tight budget and I held hands a skipped right on out.

Possibly the worst I have come across. Discovery insurance approved, my vehicle came back worse than went in. Discovery didn't even bother to help. Have since left them.

Horrible experience to say the least. Waited more than 6 weeks for a minor repair to fender and bumper. No calls, no emails, no updates at all had to beg for a response, continuous lies and inconsistencies. Just to receive a convertible that's roof wont open.This is a Discovery approved panel beater but not credible in the slightest.Dismally disappointed that my insurance would even send my vehicle to a place like this.

Friendly when visiting, although sometimes I wasn't sure if I had to sit or stand as the receptionist didn't communicate next steps. They promised 5-7 working days to fix my car, however, and it's been 14, just to fix a dent in the boot door... UPDATE: I was without my car for a month. When I finally got the car back, they did such a poor paint job that I had to return the car for another day. They did at least assist with a replacement car upon my request. Now, a few months later, my boot door won't close anymore as the hatch has come loose. Please give this place a skip....

The service from the guys was horrible to say the least. My car went in for a door and mirror repair. Communication was poor in terms of updates and I got the car way after the promised date. When I went to collect it, it had minor scratches on the door that was painted and it was dirty inside. I took it back for them to fix the minor scratches, now it's been 3 days without an update.Very poor and disappointing service
