Very disappointing service! I bought a hat from them as a gift, and organized that i could return it. When I brought it back (in the original packaging, perfect condition, with the receipt) they refused to let me return it. The owner wasn't courteous enough to speak to me or respect my request to calls, instead forcing me to email. They took 3 days to respond, and have it's been over 7 days and no reply to my follow up messages. For such an upmarket boutique, I was saddened at the lack of care that they show their clients! Luckily, there are lots of other beautiful shops in the centre that will benefit from my business in future instead!

Purr is a Cape Town gem! It's like stepping into a fashion oasis. (Try not to drool over the beautiful merchandise) ...you won't be leaving without your new favourite piece(s). And if you can't get there, they also have an online store with the whole range for your shopping pleasure :)

They also combine and style clothing, accessories and jewellery to give the customer an idea of possibilities. Definitely worth a visit!

I have been a customer of Purr since Francisca opened its doors in 2001 and I have purchased my BEST ever fashion items here!Francisca carefully selects unique and authentic fashion pieces of great quality, for both the fashionable young as well as the fashionable older women (catering for different body shapes and sizes as well).Even though I have purchased various items on Purr’s great website, I love to physically go to Purr, as I always receive great style curation to combine certain fashion items which I never thought possible...having me leaving with a big smile and new fashion ideas!I normally walk out with a funky pair of shoes and an eye-catching piece of jewellery as well!Do yourself a favour and treat yourself with something special from Purr...you will LOVE it!

One of my all-time favourite stores in Cape Town! Amazing staff who are incredibly helpful and offer great suggestions - feels like having my own personal stylist. They always have a fantastic selection of styles all from local, sustainable brands with fantastic quality. Love!
