Why is this licensing department closed....it certainly is not helping the spead of Covid if we all get told to go to Umbilo or Rossbrugh. You now have longer lines and no social distancing at those licensing departments and those staff members are over worked. A little short sighted! Wish government departments would think!

It's sad that there a few good public servants who genuinely want to assist you but, like so many other government offices, there are more bad apples than good here.Well done to those who take their job seriously and are kind enough to assist us paying citizens who are forced to make use of the service.

All the local licensing offices are closed.... forcing a funnel at Rossburgh.At least give us the means to renew our licenses without taking a whole day out of our lives in the excessive lines.

Horrible experience. Besides the long wait the lady who helped me was rude and said that i dont have common sense and took off with me for not knowing proper process. Its not something we do everyday. If they answered there phones we would know how to prepare ourselves. This is on the 3rd visit after them being offline did i get my stuff sorted. Also 3 days short pay for me due to this pathetic place.

Slow process but complying with covid regulations. Be prepared to spend between 4 to 5 hours. Be there well before opening hours 7.45 to queue parking alongside road. Only opened today at 8.15. Once you get a number ( only 20 people ) at a time you can take vehicle and park on topside parking. Main parking has tent for screening and queing. Only 4 to 6 allowed inside at a time.

Disgusting offices have been closed for renovations for almost a year and no signs displayed saying closed and web page says open. So many people are inconvenienced -the least they can do is uodate their website.

This place is a joke. Been here since 05:30. Was like the 11th person in the queue. As soon as the security pitches up to start handing out tickets to enter, people start coming out the woodwork stating that they were in their cars waiting. Only finished at 11:00.
