I am a customer of AON. Visited their website to get their contact details bcoz I was stuck on the side of the road.One agent answered the call and placed me on hold for over 30min, then the line went dead. Called again, the second agent asked the same question as the first agent. I ended up asking cars that were passing by to assist. So AON was not helpful at all

Poor terrible service no policy documents sent out they now want to pay me out for one speaker and I must keep the other and use the hifi,they want to settle me for the dining table and want to leave the chairs behind,they want to do as they please,stay away from AON and AIG

1) It took me a whole month to get them to set-up a homeowners policy. This is after I made the initial contact with them, and made a lot of phone calls and emails to probably 10 different people before they actually found someone to help me. Aon is affiliated with Investec, so they are supposed to be the preferred insurer for Investec home loans and THEY are supposed to call YOU to set-up a new policy.2) Absolutely useless customer support when filing a claim. I made a roofing claim in December 2020 which was only fixed in June 2021, and that was only after a lot of back and forth and unnecessary delays.3) On 25 June 2021 at 19:30, I had a geyser burst so I called the after-hours number to submit an emergency claim. The people in the call center couldn't even bring up my policy details after I gave them the policy number and ID number?!! Then they said they couldn't help me and told me maybe I was calling the wrong call center?!! I then tried to call the regional office number, which then redirected me back to the main call center. Aon is not a serious company, all I get from them is incompetence and indifference.

Very poor communication takes more than 30 days to finalize a claim, they are just horrible and don't know what they are doing

AON INSURANCE / BROKERS JUST A PIECE OF RUBBISH.I am insured through AON since 2015. In Dexember 2016 i suffered a geyser burst for which i was taken from Pillar to Post between December and May 2017. The Staff is Racists and they speak to Black people like they are commanding their pigs. Fast forward, to date, November 2021 that remains unresolved but my premiums are up to date.In October 2021 i suffered another geyser burst, this time the Racist approach has improved but now is November2021, ti am still taken from pillar to post.

Is there a no star for no service option? Disgusting service. We've been loyal clients for years and recently (over the past year) just had one issue after the other. I'm currently waiting for a claim to go through (burst geyser) and there has been no answer or update. I am beyond disappointed and my family has been without hot water for two days.... Not advisable during Cape Town winters. 0/10 would not recommend.

Absolute terrible service. Log a burst geyser claim at 9am only to be told that my policy has been cancelled. I request a recon which is sent at 12:30. I do my own recon and send it back at 2:30. The manager call back to say my recon was correct and policy should not be cancelled. Call out logged by this manager, at 3pm someone calls to say a plumber will be in contact shortly. at 5pm i call client care and get told by 3 different consultants that there has been no call logged yet at 4:30 I get an email saying the call has been escalated...rather go directly thrugh Santam and not through this useless brokerage

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I PHONED ON 23/05/2022 TO REGISTER A CLAIM. BY WEDNESDAY 25/050/2022 THE CLAIM WAS STILL NOT REGISTERED AND I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. MUST BE OF THE WORST INSURANCE BROKERS IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!!!!

I was a FAITHFUL and LOYAL AON customer who paid my premiums on a policy for more than 30years. Since October 2022 (last year) when I cancelled my policy (due to my house being sold) I have been trying to get the monthly debit order stopped. To no avail!!! AON continue to steal money from my account through illegal and unlawful deductions. This is my last attempt to get a full refund of all deductions from AON since then, before I take legal action and list my complaints on social media and other electronic platforms. you need to speak to Romi from AON in Mafikeng who has my details

Poor customer service. Made over ten calls, all I required was the lastest policy statement, proof of PI cover. Still haven't received statement. Very dissatisfied.
