so today me and my mother came to Cappuccinos for lunch mind u we were exhausted and quite hungry when we got there the waiter gave us our menu and disappeared and i kept raising my hand but they just ignored me eventually after 15 long minutes we were attended to my mom was already getting fed up because she doesnt normally have to wait that long ...the waiter took our orders and then disappeared again we waited for our food and drinks for 45minutes which is very long especially because we ordered very quick meals my mom got so fed up she stood up and told me we are leaving .and on top of that one of the waiters body shamed her and called her fat i am not happy with the attitude of the waiters at this restaurant .i dont see myself coming to cappuccinos again .

Had dinner there tonight and it was absolutely horrible. Pizza had no herbs at all not even a bit of origanum. Blunt and tasteless. Shortrib and chicken combo were literally uneatable to say the least. No taste, chicken was still raw and the short rib was so tough you can use it as an tyre. Seriously not what we used to at all.

My wife and I decided to have a quick breakfast while waiting for the shops to open. Unfortunately due to an egg allergy my wife cannot have breakfasts with eggs. We kindly requested that the eggs be replaced with a hash brown or some chips. Apparently this is not possible or allowed, and even after checking with the manager we were told the same. Very disappointing that such a simple request could not be accommodated. We left having no breakfast and your restaurant was left making no money from us, and will likely not see us again either. Could have been very different with a little flexibility.

Only reason this gets 1 star is to post this review. If you value your life then really don't go there. Ordered food for myself and my 5 year old. Kids food arrives, food is disgusting, send it back. The manager comes out and says that's the food they've got and my kid needs to go eat somewhere else. I take my food to go and get food for my kid from somewhere else. Eat the food back home and I start feeling sick within an hour, next day I have food poisoning, day 2 and still sitting with it.

Used to be my favorite place, went there asked for 5minutes so that we can het our orders ready, waited for about 20minutes and no one came to wait, there weren't even someone close to call, we stood up and left, no one even notice, very poor service for a restuarant that used to be top notch. It is a 1/5 rating because I couldn't select 0/5.

A good place for a breakfast, some healthy options, vegetarian ones. The manager, Forever, was lovely. We did enjoy it.

Nice place for Quick bite. This is one of best place at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit. Options for veg and non veg.
