My experience was not great, I ordered a replacement impellor and volute cover for a Waterhouse pump. Parts were shipped to me; however, the parts were poorly packaged, and as a result the impellor arrived in a damaged state. I contacted Shawn, and he apologized for the error, and had another impellor couriered to me. Had the same level of care and attention been paid to the first shipment, the Waterhouse team would have been deserving of a 5-star rating, however due to the inconvenience and time wasted, 2 is all they get.

A Good Company and very precise about delivery time. We placed an order for a Fish pond UV Clarifier on Friday about eleven O' clock. delivery was done on Monday. The product is easy to install, works perfectly well and very effective, within 3 days we placed an order to purchase the same product for the other fish pond. it was also place on Friday and delivered on Monday. My fish are healthy and active again. Thanks to Water House.
