Very nice setting indeed. Food was fine but not exeptional. Staff was friendly but they battled to explain the specials and even the menu.

Raffia Restaurant Zinkwazi
I would give zero stars if I could. Made a dinner reservation for 6 people in December 2021 only to arrive there and hear that there is no reservation made. Manager Wesley has no sense of customer service. Rude, arrogant and made it seem as if we were at fault when it was the incompetent staff that were at fault. Made excuses after excuses as to why there was no reservation. Will not recommend to anyone.

Great place.Frequent here almost on a daily basis.No manager to be found whatsoever, almost every time we visit!Not sure who is running the place.Feel sorry for the staffChef is amazing but needs a breakWe tasted it in his food tonight.Will happily send my CV for a managerial position.I have years of experience and I'm present all the time.

Nice location but work in progress makes you feel like you are having lunch on a building site.Besides, the food experience was a disaster. Orders taken wrongly and hours before the food arrived.Snails were soaked in cheese and garlic, the sea food platter was disgusting. Everything overcooked and tasteless. Rubber like mussels, chewy prawns, soggy calamari etc...But the carrot cake was nice !!!Stay away from these items on the menu...

What a beautiful hidden gem. The new owners of the caravan park/zinkwazi lagoon lodge have turned this place around! Its clean and has a unique friendly vibe. The staff are great however they tend to socialize amongst themselves abit too much for my liking. Otherwise everything else is fantastic. The food is really really tasty and a good variety on the menu. The cocktails are a hit! Will always plan a visit when we are in the area.

This place is simply amazing. The food, view and service were excellent. We could have come here everyday on our holiday it was just so good. Feels like paradise. Also pet friendly which was a bonus. Thanks the great time.
