Does not understand what Lose my number and put me on a no call list" means

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the past 2 months and their line is engaged. Their email addresses come back undeliverable. It's pathetic that they charge a fee for work that's not done.I'm absolutely disappointed

I received a call from a lady called Raldine for an insurance quotation....The service was out of this world....I would definitely recommend to everyone i know.
