Kitchen City Alberton

A painting job that was started in October last year was only completed today. Always an excuse. Terrible workmanship. Owner does not check. Would not advise anyone to use this company.

Got drawers made and was very happy with it, everyone has complimented them. I'm happy with Kitchen City and would recommend anything to be made should definitely get done there!!

Absolutely sub-standard experience. A bedroom cupboard job that was supposed to have been completed before Christmas has carried on for 2 more months, still not happy. Staff arrive between 9.30 and 11am. Take an hour lunch and pack up around 3pm. Workmanship is so bad cupboards and doors have to be re-made. Handles are not straight. Owner continuously makes promises but never keeps his word. He appears to have ZERO interest and does not supervise or check the work done. You have to threaten him with legal action before he will make an appearance and despite his last undertaking to personally oversee the corrections with a full team of 8..... He did not bother to arrivearrive! His team were late and only 3 men arrived. Did not seen him at all, no apology, no message! Never again.

They went out of their way to help me with granite and the results were fantastic. Thank you Kitchen City
