Placed an order for some brake pads, paid a deposit, went back a few times after no contact was made and still, nothing. Saying I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

I will never support this place again. Firstly the attitude of the counter staff stink and look at you like they doing you a favour by serving you, especially one in particular. Twice I have been there, the second time worse than the first. The cashier lady even screamed at them because she realized clients were just storming out. Absolutely disgusting customer service with staff that all need to be removed with immediate effect.Eating food and smoking outside whilst customers wait.Shocking, will rather support opposition stores.

They carry most parts and always willing to order if they dont have it in stock. I however do not take kind to staff that feal they doing you a favour by serving you. A little smile and thank you goes a long way.
