It's the second month now receiving a message that my parcel It's out for delivery but never reach me,rustenburg service It's poor to me and they excuse themselves with an email saying they can't reach me,they are always lying,it's Monday 02/05/2023 nd still no parcel,I deal with customers and their products are not here,incompetent

Just a week or so ago, a was a very happy client of Courier guy. They always delivered my parcel on time. That all changed, however. I week ago, I sent a parcel to my friend in Rustenburg. Guess what? It is still not delivered. I have sent numerous emails, I tried to phone, sent WhatsApp’s. Nobody replied to any of my correspondence and my friend actually needed this parcel very urgently. Pathetic service. Please go take a hike, I will do business with somebody else in future.

I left our families medicines at Sun City which I urgently needed and phoned Duane who heads up kiosks at TCG. He got in touch with Vumani who manages the shop at Rustenburg. Vumani went through to the palace fetched this important package and delivered it back in Johannesburg in 1 day. I was hoping for 2/3 days and would be happy. This is simply astounding! In South Africa where service can sometime be so sorely lacking this company and its people are on another level!!!

I am no longer happy with courier guy I have been using it for years for my business . This is the second time I get wrong parcel , they don't even know where is my parcel , they said my original parcel will be dropped on Friday I had to wait until Monday no messages . What hurt me is that they didn't even do investigation after I told them that their driver dropped wrong parcel . Until I checked them on Monday this is not the first incident . Poor service

There was a problem with my delivery. I was expecting a package but the one delivered and paid for was not for me, but we had no way of knowing till after it was paid for. It was wrongly addressed. The intended recipient was angry with the driver when my package was delivered the the next day. The fault was with the intended recipient... he put the wrong street number. I pointed out the the fault was his, not the driver... he had done everything correctly.. recipient backed down and apologized. Let's always get the facts before accusations start to fly...

bad and slow deliveries. not all the time but many times. a driver was driving with my clients parcel in his van for 4 days. many of my clients in Rtb is not using The Courier anymore because of bad and slow service

Pathetic service received from Rustenburg branch. Send a parcel, that they should have delivered. They could not get a hold of the client according to them. They emailed me and I send an alternative adress back on email. Only to find out the returned the parcel back to me. Not even calling me to ask for an alternative adress and blatantly ignoring my emails. Most pathetic service from Rustenburg The Courier Guy.Review updated. They did return the package on their account after my complaints.
