Cannot complain about the service,cause there is no service...one star is far above what this dealership deserves...No way to get hold of anybody to make a booking for service and they dont respond to email request for service.The only person that knows her job and goes the extra mile is Candice but with her on leave there is no service at all.

Not a bad experience. Beautiful new building. Offices looks good. Friendly service. Although I must just add. I really think that a automobile manufacturer, parts outlet should at least keep some essential parts. Critical parts. Especially if it's a common problem.

Worst service ever been trying to get hold of the parts department. Nobody is awnsering the phone keep ringing and ringing until you reach the front desk again. Very disappointed. More than a week of trying to get hold of them.

Although I never bought myself, they sell good vehicles at competative prices.

It is sad to see what type of service we received from the workshop/service department at Isuzu Secunda.Service departments/ workshops like this give Isuzu a bad name.It is shocking to say the least to have a new vehicle and you have to take it back 4 times for the same problem, this started the same day we bought the vehicle, then you have to get a bad attitude from the service personnel who forget that it if is not for the client they will not have work.We have to make a plan to take the vehicle in collect it and sit with the frustration of transport problems as Secunda can not sort out a simple thing. just shifts the blame.... then dealers want to complaint why we would rather support other dealers outside the area.
