Awesome professional and caring service received. Having problems with your hearing, especially as a young person is difficult to deal with and scary. Yolande was professional and helpful, explaining in detail where the problem lies and suggesting different options of treatment. I felt quite embarrassed after two of my family members suggested that I need to go for a hearing test. I attributed it to flu and had many excused not to go. When I finally had the courage, I phoned Yolandé van der Westhuizen Audiologist in Benoni to make an appointment. The passionate and caring way in which their competent receptionist, Alicia spoke to me, made me feel at ease and I knew I was on the right track. On the day of my appointment I felt a little nervous, but Marisca, the Audiologist, made me feel at home straight away. The perception I had of a hearing aid is a huge earpiece behind your ear for the world to see, but Marisca amazed me with all the latest technology. They have a professional and excellent setup and all the staff at Yolandé vd Westhuizen Audiologist strive for excellence. I can now even hear the whispering of people and can recommend them with confidence.
