We were very impressed with the service rendered by nurse Dikeledi at the clinic on Tuesday 10 Jan 2023. She went above and beyond her duties to assist us in completing our health check and not once displayed any signs of irritation even though our medical aid was giving issues. SHE IS A GEM and should be appreciated.Thank you nurse Dikeledi!

Staff are disinterested in asssisting anyone, not even a 80 year old lady can not get help, what is this country coming to when other customers have to assist another customers to find products in this store. There should be no flooe staff, rather get computers they will know more. The only floor staff that are good are at the vitamins. SAD do SAD

Tried to bring my Boyfriend to see the Clinic at Dischem Randpark Ridge, Before i went calling was a nightmare they dont even bother to answer the phone. Then i get there they say the next availability is next week imagine that when someone needs to see someone now. The dispensary staff are fine but the floor staff too are not helpful they ignore you when you need help.The Cashiers are always friendly. I do try to avoid Dischem but because i live across the road i thought lets come here and they will help you NOT!!! Next time ill go to clicks they always help

Bought a GHD platinum plus limited edition from the salon on 30 November 2022. Upon trying to register it on the GHD website, I found that the product had already been registered (meaning that I was sold a second-hand product which was portrayed and sold as new"). I took it back to the salon and asked to speak to the manager. Milton (the manager) was extremely rude

Depending on pharmacists whom you get service from, seems previous management was negligent in training certain staff members. Andre always on the ball and great service, most especially Sue who is always warm and patient with all customers.

I have called twice to the dispensary and after holding for 5mins my call gets picked up and dropped again. That is no way to treat any customer. Im trying to rectify a mistake Dischem made again with my medical aid script. Its been 2months trying to sort this out, the last tome I was told my script was cancelled however Dischem again this month has submitted a claim to my medical aid.

By the dispensary, there is 13 tills but only 4 people working. Lots of people are getting sick. The least they can do is add more staff in.

@dischem store owner are you training your staff regarding service. A collective of your employees are miserable and I would usually address concerns directly with staff members but when I see a collective unhappy collaborative you have to wonder what the owners are doing to better the situation. Let's start with staff greeting and assisting customers, that alone will make a change.
